Defense Training Sessions are designed to focus on different aspects of defense. Learning timing, positioning, and how to use their body to effectively win the ball back. This is a specific defense session supplemental to VAST Small Group Trainings. Players are divided into age groups. VAST Defense Training is a 4 week program at VAST Liberty.

The cost is $160 per player and there are no makeups/reschedules/prorations
